Many years ago the protected area was a floodplain. Scientists have begun to investigate the fossil in 1840, this process continues today. Extensive cliffs and walls create a more gloomy landscape, which, however, extraordinarily beautiful. Pointed spikes, teeth, ridges, single hills hit by its extraordinary beauty, reminding fantastic pictures. This can be seen particularly clearly in the wasteland Sage Creek, forms of which were created by the wind. Prairie and rock formations form a stunning contrast.
